Candy Corn Jell-O Shots

Ingredients

  •  1 box of orange flavored Jell-O
  • 3 packets of Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 7 oz. of Coconut milk
  • 1 cup of Vanilla flavored vodka
  • 2 cups of water
  • Yellow food coloring
  • Shot glasses

Instructions

Boil one cup of water and add to a bowl with two packets of Knox gelatin. Stir until gelatin dissolves then add half of the coconut milk and 2/3 cup of vodka. Set aside half of this mixture. Then with the other half, pour into 20 shot glasses (buy cheap taller plastic ones from the store) and fill only 1/3 of the way. Put in the fridge until firm (approximately 45 minutes.)

For the second layer, boil one cup of water and add to one packet of Konx gelatin. Stir until the gelatin dissolves then stir in a box of orange Jell-O, mixing until it dissolves. Add 1/3 cup of vodka. Mix well. Take the shot glasses out of the fridge and evenly pour this mixture on top of the white layer. Place back in the fridge for another 30-40 minutes until firm.

Take the other half of the milk mixture you set aside and add a few drops of yellow food coloring. Take the shot glasses out of the fridge and evenly pour this mixture in each glass. Place back in the fridge until the Jell-O shots are fully solidified.
