How long have you been running cross country/ track and field?
I started track in 7th grade. This is my 26th season of competitive running.

What inspired you to start running track and field?
My older brother Ethan strated running track and that made me
want to join the team.

What is your favorite team memory?
Any of the Naionals trips during Cross Country.

What is you favorite St. Lawrence memory?
Getting to play bass with SLU Funk Terror Sax Soloist Caitlin
French, and all of Bluesberry Jam, at Java open mic night!

What is your favorite class that you have taken at SLU?
Principles of Health and Wellness.

What are your favorite hobbies/ other interests?
Skiing, hiking, biking, playing hacky sack, camping, and going to DANA.

How has your season been going so far?
Great! I broke a 38-year-old school record last weekend in the 3k Steeplechase.

What are your goals for the rest of the season?
Win Liberty Leagues in the Steeplecahse.
